A lovely soft, silver leaved specimen from Mexico and much of Central America.
It takes on a pinkish/ red blush in strong light and produces a blue/ violet flower when in bloom.
This is a species that can be grown horizontally so that the bottom of the plant is on a vertical axis. Growing the plant in this way helps prevent water from collecting at the base of the leaves which can oftentimes cause the plant to rot.
Size: Approximately 20cm.
Sun exposure: Bright filtered light.
Water requirement: Low.
Special note: Prefers good air movement
Each living plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, colour or shape depending on the season. Flowering plants are sent when available.
